Why is the NDC gov’t seeking to buy 4 helicopters, 2 presidential jets at GH¢13.1 billion – Abu Jinapor

The Member of Parliament for the Damongo, Samuel Abu Jinapor, has questioned the government’s decision to purchase four helicopters, and two presidential jets at the cost of GH¢13.1 billion.

According to Mr Jinapor, that move, announced in the 2026 Budget Statement and Economic Policy of the government was a misplaced priority, when many public sector workers are allegedly unpaid.
