Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Presidential Elections Committee, Joseph Osei Owusu, has clarified that former Assin Central MP, Kennedy Agyapong’s reservations during the signing of the party’s peace pact were not due to any errors or omissions in the document, but rather his desire for firm assurances of a free and fair electoral process.
