Police investigation conclude Afenyo-Markin assaulted policeman during ‘Save the Judiciary’ demo; Docket awaiting A-G’s prosecutorial review

Following investigations by the police that concluded that the Minority Leader and Member of Parliament for Effutu, Alexander Afenyo-Markin assaulted a policeman during the “Save the Judiciary” protest in May 2025, the docket has been forwarded to the Attorney-General’s office for advise.
