New DVLA number plate contract dispute: Court adjourns case to Feb 13 following joinder company’s absence in court

The case between the Vehicle Embossment Manufacturers Association of Ghana (VEMAG) and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) has been adjourned to February 13, 2026, following the joinder company’s absence in court on Friday.

When the case was called on Friday [Feb 6], the Accra High Court, presided over by Justice Isaac Addo adjourned it for another week after the company joined as the second defendant in the case, failed to appear.
