Hopeson Adorye calls for firm action against GWCL over persistent water shortages

A leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hopeson Adorye, has called for firm action against the management of the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL), describing the persistent water shortages in parts of the country as “clear negligence of duty” that continues to punish ordinary Ghanaians.
