Mashood, Esq., has urged investors, contractors, and sub-contractors in Ghana’s petroleum sector to prioritise tax clarity at the contracting stage to prevent costly disputes later. Speaking on the implications of recent tax disagreements in the industry, Dr Mashood said, “Tax exposure is often determined at the structuring and contracting stage, not at the operational or post-operational phase.”
